• Physical Goods: Unused and unopened planners, calendars, and unworn apparel (T-shirts) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Damaged Items: If your Ceramic Mug or 31-page Daily arrives damaged, please send a photo to our support team within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.

• Consultations & Digital Products: Due to the nature of professional services and instant-access digital content, these items are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
